With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence, Ula ensures that every aspect of our coaching programs runs smoothly—from tracking coaching hours to managing project timelines and providing seamless administrative support.
Her proactive approach and commitment to precision help maintain alignment across teams, ensuring that all program activities are accurately captured and efficiently executed. Ula’s ability to balance structure with adaptability enables her to respond effectively to the evolving needs of our coaches, leaders, and partners.

Dr Lenny Modisane

About Dr Lenny
Dr Lenny Modisane is the Executive Director of MLA Health Services and an accomplished medical leader with more than 36 years of clinical, managerial, and healthcare‑system experience. He earned his MBChB from MEDUNSA in 1987, followed by a Diploma in Financial Management from Damelin and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University in 2002.
He has completed advanced training in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety (University of Alabama, USA), Medicolegal Mediation (University of Cape Town), and holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Cardiovascular Life Support, and Paediatric Advanced Life Support.
Dr Modisane’s career spans leadership roles across the public and private sectors, including Chief Medical Officer in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, owner of a private general practice, Principal Executive Officer of Resolution Health Medical Scheme, and several senior management roles within the Gauteng Department of Health. He currently serves as the Medical Manager of a major Johannesburg tertiary hospital and practices as a sessional Emergency Department doctor in the private sector.
A founding and active member of the South African Medical and Dental Practitioners Association (SAMDP), Dr Modisane has spent decades advocating for medical and dental practitioners in disadvantaged communities. His work includes navigating healthcare reforms, VAT impacts on medicines, and the evolving landscape of managed care.
His expertise spans clinical governance, practitioner advocacy, health‑system leadership, and sustainable healthcare development.

About Tebogo
Tebogo Seatile Modisane is a marketing, sales, and business development professional with experience in construction equipment, digital marketing, sports sponsorship, and large-scale events.
He holds a BCom in Marketing Management, a BCom (Hons) in Marketing, and a Digital Marketing certificate from leading South African institutions.
Over his career, Tebogo has worked with brands, agencies, and event owners to grow visibility, drive sales, and deliver memorable experiences for clients and audiences.
